What is a ReAdvance?

• This means you can withdraw the money you have paid into your home loan if you ever need some extra cash. This will adjust your outstanding balance to reflect the updated outstanding amount.  
• E.g., if you have paid a total of R200 000 to your home loan, and you withdraw R200 000, your outstanding balance will go back to the original loan amount.
