Why can I not download my settlement quote? 

• You will only be able to download your settlement quote once, thereafter, you can download a new quote after 3 days.
• If you cannot download your settlement quote due to your account status, please call us on 0861 222 272 to get a quote.
• If your loan is settled, you will not need to download this document. You can download your paid-up letter from this tab. If the paid-up letter is not available, please call us on 0860 100 372.
