How do I resend a notice of payment to a beneficiary?

1. Use ‘Search’ or scroll down to look for the beneficiary that you want to resend a notice of payment to.
2. Click ‘Resend notice’ to see a list of payments you’ve made to them. If you’re on a mobile device, tap ‘More’ then ‘Resend notice’.
3. Once you’ve found the payment you want to resend, click or tap the ‘Resend notice’ button next to the payment.
4. Choose if you want the notice to yourself sent via SMS, email or fax. Choose 'None' if you don't want to resend the notice to yourself.
5. Choose if you want the notice to your beneficiary sent via SMS, email or fax. Choose 'None' if you don't want to resend the notice to your beneficiary.
6. Click or tap ‘Next’ and then ‘Confirm’ once you’ve checked the details are correct. Remember, payment notices are charged for. See ‘Charges’ for the cost of each payment notification type.
