1. Select the card that you would like to stop.

2. Select a reason for stopping your card.

3. If you are given the option, please let us know when the incident took place. If you are unsure, you can give us an estimated date.

4. Select when your card was last used. If you are unsure, you can give us an estimated date.

5. Select a replacement card type. (You might be eligible for a different product.)

6. Select how you would like to receive your card.

7. If you choose to collect it from a branch, enter your preferred branch.

8. If you have chosen delivery via courier, please also provide us with a preferred branch in case we are unable to reach you at your address.

9. Click or tap Next. 

10. A fee is charged for replacement and delivery. 

11. Remember, stopping your card is permanent and cannot be undone.
