How do I CashSend from an account?

1. Use ‘Search’ to look for the beneficiary that you want to CashSend. If you want to CashSend someone new or make a once-off CashSend, select ‘CashSend someone new’.
   
2. Enter the amount. Note that this can’t be less than R20 or more than R1 000 per CashSend.
   
3. Enter a 6-digit access code that your beneficiary will use at the ATM.
   
4. Confirm the 6-digit ATM access code.
   
5. Choose a description to help you identify the CashSend on your own statement (maximum 20 characters).
   
6. Click or tap ‘Next’ and then ‘Confirm’ once you’ve checked the details are correct.
   
7. Give your beneficiary the exact amount, the 6-digit ATM code and that they’ll get an SMS from Absa with the withdrawal code. They will need all of this information when they’re at the ATM to draw the money.

Remember that your beneficiary must withdraw the exact amount.
