- If you can see your Home Loan Account, click or tap Cancel loan.
- If you cannot see your Home Loan Account, click or tap Accounts on the left-hand side of your screen.
- If you have a cancellation with notice request pending, you will not be able to resubmit a cancellation until your previous request has expired.
