How do I request a paid-up letter for my Personal Loan Account?

• Your paid-up letter will only be available when your loan balance is zero and your account has been closed.

1. If you can see your Personal Loan Account, click or tap Documents.
2. If you cannot see your Personal Loan Account, click or tap Accounts from the left-hand side of your screen.
