A SurePhrase™ is a group of words that helps you verify that you are logging on to the correct online banking site. We show it on the page where you enter your password and at the top of every page you navigate to.

At first, your SurePhrase™ is your name. You can change this to any unique phrase that would help you make sure that you’re not on a fake website.
