How do I view my transfer history?

You can see your previous transfers in your account’s transaction history. Follow these steps:

1. Choose ‘Accounts’ from the left-hand menu bar. If you're on a mobile device, open the menu bar by tapping on the 'Menu' icon near the Absa logo.
   
2. Click or tap the ‘History’ icon on the relevant account to see a list of your most recent transactions for that account.

To search your transaction history for a transfer, enter part of the transaction reference in the search box. The transaction reference is the ‘To account’ or ‘From account’ description that you entered when you made the transfer.

You can also see a history of only interaccount transfers on the full Absa Online Banking service. To get there, choose ‘Full Service’ from the Connected Banking main menu.

Once you’ve switched to Full Service, choose ‘Payments’ and then ‘Interaccount transfers’. Click or tap ‘Interaccount transfer history’ to see a list of your previous transfers.
