How do I transfer money between my accounts?

Once you’ve chosen ‘Transfer’ from the Connected Banking main menu:

  1. Select the account you want to transfer from.
  2. Select the account that you are transferring to.
  3. Enter the amount of money that you want to transfer.
  4. Enter a description, up to 20 characters long, that helps you identify the transfer on your account statement. The references are optional. If you leave ‘From account’ empty, your statement will show the account number of the account that you’re transferring to. If you leave ‘To account’ empty, your statement will show the account number that you’re transferring from.
  5. Click the ‘Next’ button to continue.
  6. Check the details. Click 'Back' if you need to change anything or click ‘Confirm’ to finish the transfer.

You can also transfer money when you’re on the ‘Dashboard’ or ‘Accounts’ pages. Click or tap the ‘Transfer’ icon on the account that you want to make the transfer from.
